notice that most of the "stimulus" is to be spent in 2010...tax payer funded elections...that's what's happening..they just "legislate" stimulus money or payback...we're the one's who pay..it's not "Government Money" !

Oz - nobody pays taxes if they're unemployed. If the Government hadn't stepped in in the 30's the country would have gone Communist, and we'd all be speaking German and Japanese after WWII and Europe would still be a burnt out shell overrun by the Russians.
