Stimulus jobs in U.S. overstated by thousands

We knew this, they are laying people off and no one is hiring.

Of course it was overstated. That is the status quo of this administration. They are incapable of telling the truth, which they learned from being in Chicago Politics. Most people don't even know what was in that stimulus, so how in the world could they even fathom a guess at how many jobs it would or has created? A closer look would reveal that there was very little stimulus in the stimulus. It was mainly spending and earmarks for some of Obama's supporters. If they truly wanted to stimulate the economy, all they would have to do is cut taxes, but of course with government spending completely out of control, they aren't gonna do that.

The stimulus created jobs. Wow!. That's news to me. I thought they just threw the money away, mmmm come to think of it I still do.

They will not attempt to create any jobs until the healthcare debate is over and if the lying kenyan boy wonder is successful in getting it passed, he will create close to 1/2 to 3/4 million jobs within the government bueracracy that will be in charge of implementing this disaster. Then he will take credit for job creation and the MSM will sing his praises once again while the private sector, where REAL wealth and REAL jobs are created, will continue to struggle to remain viable. If the bill does not pass, the Republicans
will be demonized and brow beat in hopes of getting them to cave on cap and tax and immigration. I forgot about immigration. I wonder how many of the government jobs created will go to illegals?

We were fooled with the Change he talked about because part of that was "One America" something he has done nothing to make happen. The Second time is the lying about stimulus jobs. If a news reporter failed to check his facts before he put them out to the public he would be disgraced. Obama's Administration does it and it was not their fault. Who has been boasting about the jobs since he took office. B.S. it is not his fault. I would be willing to bet that some of the organization reporting the increase in jobs have fall under the umbrella of who????????? How about ACORN cause that is how they counted Votes. And, who was involved with ACORN??????? The Obama Administration. Thank You

One other thing. If you read the article most of the jobs were temporary. The money really went to business who were having a hard time keeping their heads above water. They hired people because it was part of the requirement for the money and let them go within 6 months. So that took the folks of the unemployment roles for a while and avoided the businesses from failing. A couple of them even admit that. Businesses with that keep what organization funded????????
