Obama is not mentally fit and should step down. Obama says it is his health care bill he did not write it and he did not read it nor did he buy it. AARP is one of DC’s most powerful lobbying groups and will be receiving kickbacks. The obama administration are MEDICAL PROFITEERS without a heart.

Their members won't, but just like the gov, those in charge may sign on. If they allow the members to vote it would be a big no.

Traitors and Liars. The AARP said OH!!! NO we DON'T back the Health Care Reform. But I did not believe them. I tore my AARP card up and told them to take my membership and shove it.

Wonder what the administration promised them for their support. The leadership doesn't care what the AARP members think because they have no where else to go. Maybe we need gov't competition against AARP! 10's of thousand of people left AARP but every month more and more baby boomers retire and offset the membership losses. People will sell their souls for a little money.

Do I remember correctly? It seems that BEFORE people resigned and AARP was "not deciding" before deciding on the healthcare, that they had 60 million members.

I cannot believe that idiot went ahead and decided to have AARP support that god awful health care bill. The comments that I read AARP.org that were on Barry's statemen in August regarding AARP supporting that piece of crap bill were almost all against AARP doing that very thing. The membership doesn't not want that to happen. You would have thought they would have surveyed the membership. This organization does not speak for me. I am certainly able to speak for myself thank you very much. MJ Mad as H_ _ _ in Texas

Dear sirs:

I am writing to cancel my AARP membership.

I will not support an organization that sells out the very people it is supposed to support.

Already people over 65 cannot get a H1N1 vaccination, and that is just the tip of a very big iceberg.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for joining the propaganda machine for this tax-and-waste health care boondoggle.

The elderly are facing an erosion of the quality of care available to them, and you are working against us not for us.

Sorry it took me so long to figure you out.
