Another law that needs to be looked at is the case of an eighteen year old bonking a fifteen year old, that affair may have been going on a year or more, just because a teen turned eighteen and legal, should not put them on the lifetime sex offender list. I've seen that happen in my hometown, the eighteen year old has had their future ruined for doing what comes naturely, and the consenting underage teen gets away with no punishment!

I seem to be missing the point about race. Jeffrey Dahmer was a white man, who the police returned a drugged, naked, teenager to after finding him on the street. He killed him later that night. There are sick f's of all colors in all neighborhoods. There was a guy in Indiana who lived in a multimillion dollar house with his wife and kids until police found 8 dead bodies burried in the forested part of the backyard.
This is prime example of a person that shouldn't have been let out in the first place. He obviously has mental issues to be able to do things like this to any human being. I'm pretty sure it had nothing to do with his military experience, that's just b*******. Take a look at his childhood. More things start there than in adulthood.
