It will be interesting to watch Intel's Blue Suits face off with New York's Gray Suits.

I have been building my own computers for years. I never have, and never will build an Intel based computer, just because they are the Big Dog on the block and overcharge for their product. Now, if somebody would just go after Microsoft, a company that consistantly releases defective products for sale to the public and then tries to fix it later. Try that with anything else and you would be in court the next day.

No matter how the initial trial goes. It is easy to believe there will be no consequences! Remember the Netscape v Microsoft trial? It left a taste and belief that appeals court judges were bought or bludgeoned into submission by MS political allies. Microsoft never was treated as the original evidence suggested it should be, why would anyone expect different for Intel? It is easy to believe the American justice system and politicians can be bought to do anything; financial collapse anyone?

America is a free market just like other democratic countries, and as such, everyone has the right to put-up a business venture but they should play by the rule.

Nonsense. If AMD or any other chip maker put out a quality product, it would sell over Intel. Computer makers cry crocadile tears, yet they still bought Intel. No guts computer makers. Afraid to build a product w/o Intel?? If their product is better, they can charge more, thats the free market system.

This is just the liberal attitude that success should pay more than their fair share. Cuomo just disappointed me after I became comfortable with his actions as attorney general. Hate his father for wrecking Long Island with a boondoggle nuclear plant that never opened.

Lawyers suck, and they're stupid to boot. I face them every day and they know nothing other than how to sue a lot of innocent people to squeeze them for money.

AJ and American are jackasses. to think it's ok for a company to bully and illegally set itself up for a monopoly shows a lack of ethics in their mindsets. the actions of intel ring of the old system of capitalism when workers were regularly abused until they stood up for themselves losing many lives along the way. the market doesn't "fix itself" because the consumer and worker is often too stupid, impatient, afraid or lazy to back change. companies get away with too much as it is because we can't lynch these big wigs like the old days so the government intervening is necessary. intel has no right to threaten their competitors or their clients. it's supposed to be a fair market where those with the best product and service prevail. pure capitalism is an unproven theory that's ideals has led to great suffering, exploitation and death.

YES, SOME MONOPOLIES HAVE BEEN ALL OUT PAINS IN THE ASS... BUT IF IT WASN'T FOR EARLY AMERICAN INDUSTRIALISTS THIS COUNTRY WOULD BE HALF AS SUCCESSFUL AS IT IS TODAY.

I build My Own Computers and Like Both Intel and AMD-So what`s the Big Deal=Amd is Slower so I use it for my OLDER Games-FX55 and Intel for the Newer Games-Quad Cores-They Both do everything I need Done(not only Games)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why doesn't Cuomo go after someone like Obama who forced bondholders of Chrylser to accept less for the senior debt than they would have received had Chrysler gone bankrupt?

i say who cares if they offer rebates to get there product out there. whats wrong with giving discounts. cuz duh then dell or who ever can offer cheaper prices on there computers to the consumer. i only get dells and i only like intel processors,i wouldnt buy an amd processor anyway. i just like the quality name of an intel processor. everything thinks sueing everyone is the answer now days,thats ignorant. everyone should stop bein sue happy. i hope the lawyers and amd loose this case because its nonsense,maybe they should DO THERE JOB and market there product better. hmmmm sounds better than easy route sueing somonee and not even doin nothing to earn there money
