I've been following this story, and I can't even explain the disgust I feel for this man. If it was to me, I would have him tortured to death, he would die in vain. Loved ones have lost their lives at the hands of a registered sex offender, why can't our government establish a justice system were our citizens are kept out of contact from these savages?
Sex offenders are one group of people that I have absolutely no sympathy for. They cannot be rehabilitated, no matter how much punishment. These people are mental, they are sick in the head. They should be put away from the general public. I've never known of a case were a sex offender has progressed for the better, they've only gotten worse (such as this case) or went back to their old habits.
This case should've been investigated a long time ago. One of the victim's daughter had reported her mother missing, but it was hardly looked into because of the fact that she was a drug addict.

This is disgusting in so many ways. One the Police were useless, the parole officers were useless, the citizens in the community were useless, our sex offender laws are useless. There are over 100,000 sex offenders that are "missing" because they did not send in a change of address card and no one has a clue where they are now. Lock them up and keep them there and you will not have to find them and may save some lives. How hard is that to understand?
