I was never particularly a fan of Michael Jackson's, but I think that his "dad" doesn't deserve a penny. He was a nasty father, and he shouldn't benefit from his son's death. Joe Jackson makes me want to vomit. He is just an uncrupulous opportunist.
Go figure; once a bum always a bum. This guy just doesn't know when he is not wanted. He deserves nothing! Michael isn't the only Jackson kid messed up from having crappy parents. The father beat them and the mother let him. Hell she is still married to the sob. I think he needs to learn to live on what he gets and beg from his living kids for handouts. He is some piece of work.
He's got to be joking, right? What judge in a million years is going to give him money from a will that DOES NOT MENTION THE MAN'S NAME?! Why doesn't he do what every other psuedo-celebrity does- write a tell-all memoir and/or get on some raunchy reality show?

He should not go out to eat, cut down on entertainment (get a TV), fly coach or not at all, quit gambling, look for a less expensive place to live----and live on less than $1,000 a month like those of us on disability.
