Former NYC Police Commissioner Kerik pleads guilty (AP)

AP - Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik admitted in court Thursday that he lied to the White House while being considered for chief of Homeland Security. » Full Story on Yahoo! News

Well, yet ANOTHER black eye for the GOP and conservatives and also pigs! Hahahahaha, look at Kerik now! One day, he’s a self-important keystone cop, busting teenagers for smoking some pot and stealing evidence and basically just intimidating his fellow citizens as all good cops do. Now…but…now…he’s…hahaha…going to go into the slammer and become chickenfeed for all the prisoners who really hate cops. Muahahahaha…muahahaha…the irony is killing me, and maybe, just maybe, Kerik may be killed in prison, too, if he isn’t put into protective custody! What a pu$$y this ex-cop is, huh, everybody? Not so high and mighty now, swinging your baton and talking tough, are you, Kerik? Additionally, I’m laughing at the racist, pro-war Repukes and conservatives since Kerik is connected within the GOP ranks to Giuliani, and he almost was Homeland Security Chief under Bush. Looks like criminals run rampant in GOP ranks, but we all knew that since Bush is a war criminal. I’m your typical Dem.

Isn't it interesting that when people outside of Washington engage in corrupt behavior, they call it a crime and the person gets prosecuted.

However when a person in Washington engages in the same behavior, they not only DON'T call it a crime, but those who do call it a crime are accused of playing politics. Then afterwards, not only do they not get convicted, but are then re-elected.

I think Kerik should run for Congress. He seems well qualified based on his unethical behavior.

Isn't the White House lying to the public also a crime. I would trust Kerik in the presidency more than I would trust Obama.

Interesting they chose to throw the repub under the buss in the "vetting" process, yet gave all their own demo members a pass when they were all exposed as tax cheats, what hypocrasy!
Seems what's good for the goose ISN'T good for the gander now that the libs are back in controll.

MORE skeletons from Bush's closet.

Too bad this guy didn't get the Homeland Security post in 2004. I'm sure it might have helped accelerate our economy's demise so we would be in better shape by now.

REMEMBER, BUSH started all the bailouts for wall street!

Hey all you Democratic Socialists can take heart now. Everything is going swimmingly. Railroading those awful people who actually produce results and jobs i might add. By the way the good new is out today on your "Cash for Clunkers" program....it cost $25k per vehicle (thats $25,000 for you deadbeats who dont know accounting jargon) but the bright side is 98% of Obama bumper stickers are now off the road.

Come on now, give the guy a break,he did a GREAT job during 9/11!!!!!!! Go after the bastards here that are still trying to ruin this country and that even means some idiots in our own government!!!!

JIM FITZGERALD. I had to wait until the end of the paragraph until I found out who Robinson was. I feel this was disrespectful to the judge and poorly written. Don't you guys have "proof readers"???

U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara issued a statement calling Thursday "a sad day," but added, "No one is above the law."

Sadly not true. If you have political power, then you ARE above the law. Look at Charlie Rangle - chairman of the House Ways and Means committee - and Tim Geitner - Treasury Secretary - and Tom Daschle - former Senate Majority Leader - who were ALL caught cheating in a big big way on their taxes but have yet to suffer any consequences for those crimes. Ordinary folks would have gone to jail, but these guys haven't spent a single day in jail. Hell, they didn't even lose their jobs.

Oh, and they are all Democrats.
